These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “T&Cs”) set forth the main rules regarding the “Babes net Paris Blockchain Week Raffle” (the “Campaign”) sponsored by RootstockCollective Foundation, located at c/o International Corporation Services Ltd., Harbour Place, 2nd Floor, 103 South Church Street, P.O. Box 472, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1106, the Cayman Islands (“Foundation”, “Us” or the “Company”).
Please read carefully the T&Cs. Each Participant (as defined below) will agree and be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you must not participate in the Campaign.
- Campaign.
- The Campaign will take place at in-person events that the Company, at its sole discretion, decides to attend, and the Campaign will be made available to attendees at such events. The Campaign is open to those individuals who, during the event (hereinafter the “Participant/s”):
- Follow the quick video tutorial
- Stake a minimum of $10 in RIF in the RootstockCollective dApp
- For the RIF token value, the RIF amount will be converted into USD based on the “Close” exchange rate listed on the website https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/rsk-infrastructure-framework/historical-data/ corresponding to the day of staking.
- Complete and submit the following form;
- Attend the in person event during Paris Blockchain Week on the April 15, 2026 to win the prize
- The winner will be picked and announced amongst the attendees of the event
- Participation in the Campaign is open to Participants aged 18 or older.
- No employees or other collaborators of companies belonging to the Foundation group may participate in the Campaign.
- This Campaign is not open to individuals who are residents of the United States or who are U.S. citizens (collectively referred to as “U.S. persons”). Participation in this Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you are a U.S. person, you are not permitted to participate in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you affirm that you are not a U.S. person and that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction
- The Campaign will take place at in-person events that the Company, at its sole discretion, decides to attend, and the Campaign will be made available to attendees at such events. The Campaign is open to those individuals who, during the event (hereinafter the “Participant/s”):
- Term.
The Campaign will start on April 11, 2022 at 12:00hs and will continue until April 15, 2026, exclusively at in-person events, at the Company’s sole discretion (the “Term”). - Rewards.
- Each Participant who completes the tasks set forth in Clause 1.1 and complies with Clause 1.4 of these T&Cs shall be eligible to: (a) enter the raffle to win one of two available prizes
- The Rewards will be distributed in person during the event
- The Company reserves the right to verify compliance with the requirements set out in clause 1.1. and clause 1.4. prior to distributing any reward.
- Rewards are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or requested to be exchanged for cash or any other type of reward.
- Liability
The Participants unconditionally accept that Foundation and any third party collaborating with Foundation and the Campaign shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that the Participants or any third party may suffer as a result of and/or on the occasion of participation in the Campaign, and/or the use, destination or purpose of the Rewards, and Foundation shall not be liable for any contractual and/or extra-contractual liability to the Participants and any third party. - Fraud
- Any Participant who attempts, by any means, to defraud or tamper with the T&Cs of the Campaign will be immediately disqualified from the Campaign and will not be eligible to participate in any future promotion conducted by the Company. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with the requirements set forth in these T&Cs, at its sole discretion.
- All tasks will be reviewed to ensure they align with the campaign’s objectives.
- Activities that do not comply with the campaign’s guidelines, including but not limited to shilling or irrelevant content, will be disqualified and excluded from the Rewards.
- If a Participant posts any content, including a photo and/or selfie of the Company, together with offensive, inappropriate, or disparaging content, or any content that could harm the Company’s reputation, the Company may, at its sole discretion, disregard such submission and the Participant will be disqualified from participating in the Campaign, being ineligible to receive any Rewards, without any claim or recourse against the Company.
- Changes to the Campaign.
We can change the terms and conditions of the Campaign without prior notice to the Participants, if such changes do not affect the essence of the Campaign. The most recent version of the T&Cs will be available at the claim form. Where the Campaign or an award is limited to a specific period of time, or a specific number of awards, any extension to those limits shall be at the sole discretion of the Foundation. - Miscellaneous.
- Participation in this Campaign does not include any other benefit or service not listed in the T&Cs. The mere participation implies for the Participants the knowledge and acceptance of the provisions set forth in these T&Cs, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, as well as the Terms of Services of Foundation, available at www.rootstockcollective.xyz as applicable.
- The Campaign shall be subject to the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be finally ruled by the competent courts of Grand Cayman, the Cayman Islands, and the Participants hereby waive any other jurisdiction that they may have the right to apply for.
